10 years into menopause, I came to see Jo for Hormone replacement therapy. It was one of the best decisions I ever made. My MD never recommended it because I didn’t have severe menopause symptoms and I noticed a sharp decline in my muscle strength and energy. Jo was very informative, extremely thorough and quite knowledgeable. At 65, my strength is back, my energy is top notch, and I sleep like a baby.

Jo is truly the best! She’s an expert injector and is incredibly knowledgeable. She considers both your short term and long-term goals, which is essential in determining your treatment. I drive from Seattle down to see her in Portland because I prefer her technique and results over anyone I’ve found at home. She gets me right every time! And she walks me back from the ledge when I want to undoubtably over do it 😉

Went to Jo with my wife originally for a weight loss program which was great. She oversaw us through the whole way making sure we were losing weight in a healthy way. I mentioned to Jo my frustration with my PC doc that for years, even though I showed all the symptoms of Low Testosterone, my numbers always came in just above the minimum normal range and they refused to consider supplementing it. Jo pointed out that with a small dose I would still be in the normal range just higher rather just above the minimum. This has truly made a huge difference in my life. Jo continues to monitor though frequent blood tests and I have seen no downside to this approach. Thanks Jo.

Jo is a true professional, education and safety are top priorities for any consult or ongoing treatment plan. I am lucky enough to have had a variety of services from injectables, laser, and weight loss plans she has walked me through each one meeting me where I am to ensure I understand the risks/benefits. I didn’t know I had a hormone imbalance until I went to Jo. I had asked my doctors and they all patted me on the head and sent me on my way. I actually sleep now and feel so much better! Jo makes sure all is well with regular blood work and adjusts accordingly. I also did the weight loss program with her. I lost weight and have kept my A1c in check. She made the program easy but also watched over my progress with monthly in-person check in. I felt safe through all of it. Thank you Jo!!
