Jeuveau or Dysport are neurotoxins/neuromodulators (also called "toxin"). These injections treat and prevent fine lines, wrinkles, and deep facial furrows. They work well on crow’s feet, horizontal forehead lines, and the frown lines between the eyebrows. Most procedures take only 10 – 15 minutes. Average treatment is 20-60 units depending on area (s) being treated.

Lumecca IPL - Lumecca is the most powerful intense pulsed light (IPL) to treat pigmented and vascular lesions. Hyperdilute Radiesse - filler made of calcium based microspheres that is diluted with normal saline and spread out thinly over the treatment area to build collagen and tighten skin. Often used in many areas in the face and the neck. Radiesse acts as fertilizer for collagen often needing up to 3 treatments 4-6 weeks apart with results lasting 15-24 months.

Jawline Filler - A sculpted jawline is desirable for both men and women since it adds definition to your face with a little filler! Occasionally we will recommend kybella or Morpheus 8 treatments first before filler. Make an appt for this service but we will do an evaluation and recommend what is the best initial step for you.

Nasolabial Folds/Smile Lines or Lower Face/Mouth Filler - Filler is used to soften the appearance of the nasolabial folds (smile/laugh lines). Often,
cheek (midface) filler is needed to help lift and take the weight off of the nasolabial folds which can be done at the same time. Along with the nasolabial folds the lower face can be addressed as well. Filling in fine lines around the mouth, and up-turn
the corners of the mouth can be customized based on your needs and desires.

Neck and/or Chest Rejuvenation - Radiesse is used in a diluted form to thicken and smooth the skin in the neck and decollete. It works by stimulating your own collagen and elastin. As we age the skin becomes thin and crepey across our neck/chest. Neck and chest are often neglected! Typically we will recommend 3 sessions.

Weight Mangement
Health and Beyond Consultation is an appointment designed to address overall health and wellness which includes weight, diet, exercise and hormones (if applicable). Please bring in or email copies of labs to me if completed in the last 6 months. If you do not have current lab results we can discuss the process of ordering them for you.
We will discuss options for injectable medications:
1. Lipo-Mino Mix starts with a special lipotropics fat burning combination of methionine, inositol, choline, and B12. Each of these ingredients helps the body turn fat into energy and are also powerful antioxidants. In addition to the Lipotropics blend, Lipo-Mino also contains a mixture of B vitamins which further help to facilitate fat loss and increase energy. The formula is then completed by adding ingredients to reduce appetite, build muscle and promote a healthy immune system.
2. Semaglutide is a glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonists (GLP-1 RA) which is a compounded prescription utilized as an adjunct to a reduced calorie high protein diet and increased physical activity for chronic weight management in adults with an initial body mass index (BMI) >30 or >27 with one significant health diagnosis. This option includes weekly appointments with me for at least the first 4-6 weeks depending on your response to the medications. Lipo-Mino weekly injections are complimentary the first 4 weeks then monthly for the remaining 3 months.

PDO Threads
There are many type of PDO threats to lift, stimulate collagen and or tighten sagging skin tissues using threads made of polydioxanone. The thread is placed deep into the layer of the skin and produces three effects:
- Instant skin lifting through mechanical effects (degree varies on the individual) we will discuss at your appointment if the lifting threads or barbed threads are appropriate for you and your goals.
- Collagen stimulation and neovascularization to improve texture, fine lines, and wrinkles.
Skin tightening by approximating tissues.
- Threads will disappear through hydrolysis after six months. The lifted facial tissues can remain for up to two years but typically one year or less.

Kybella | Lipodissolve
Kybella is injected under the chin to permanently destroy fat cells and get rid of your double chin for good! With any Kybella treatment, usually 3-4 sessions are recommended. Sessions should be separated by 4-6 weeks. Kybella can also be used in other areas of the
body consisting of small pockets of fat like the jowls, bra bulge, and inner thighs.

Bioidentical Hormone Replacement
As we age, hormone levels will decline. BHRT is the replacement of hormones in menopausal women and andropausal women. Hormone pellets are tiny cylinders that are inserted into numbed area of subcutaneous fat in the hip areas. This dosage form closely mimics how your body releases hormones. The pellets can last 3-6 months depending on the individual.
Pellets are made using Estradiol or Testosterone. Dosing is determined based on lab results, medical history, and reported symptoms.

VI Peels
VI Peels are a medium depth chemical peel for tone and texture, sun damage, pigment, melasma, fine lines and wrinkles, scarring, and acne. These peels are very comfortable. Everyone one and every peel is different; Peeling can vary from a light peeling to a sheet of peeling. You may not peels as much if you have very oily skin, use retinol products, exfoliate on a regular basis, have or laser/resurfacing treatments regularly. If your peel is not heavy you are still getting exfoliating at a cellular level which is not visible to the naked eye.
