Consultation
Health and Beyond Consultation is an appointment designed to address overall health and wellness which includes weight, diet, exercise and hormones (if applicable). Please bring in or email copies of labs to me if completed in the last 6 months. If you do not have current lab results we can discuss the process of ordering them for you. Cost is $150 which will go toward the 4 month program cost should you decide to move forward. If you have your current labs we will be able to give your first injection at this appointment after I determine your eligibility.

Lipo-Mino Mix
Lipo-Mino Mix starts with a special lipotropics fat burning combination of methionine, inositol, choline, and B12. Each of these ingredients helps the body turn fat into energy and are also powerful antioxidants. In addition to the Lipotropics blend, Lipo-Mino also contains a mixture of B vitamins which further help to facilitate fat loss and increase energy. The formula is then completed by adding ingredients to reduce appetite, build muscle and promote a healthy immune system.

GLP1 Injectable Medications
Semaglutide and Tirzepatide are glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonists (GLP-1 RA) which is a compounded prescription utilized as an adjunct to a reduced calorie high protein diet and increased physical activity for chronic weight management in adults with an initial body mass index (BMI) >30 or >27 with one significant health diagnosis. This option includes weekly appointments with me for at least the first 4-6 weeks depending on your response to the medications. Lipo-Mino weekly injections are complimentary the first 4 weeks then monthly for the remaining 3 months.
Post Appointment
Health and Beyond follow up appointment will entail a discussion on your current medications side effects/titration of dose, weight and BP check, photos, food choices, exercise log, and follow up appointments.
